    来华留学事业蓬勃发展,海外学生越来越多地选择来华留学.以毕业后职业发展为择校导向的普遍现象反映了国内高校来华留学生职业生涯规划体系建设视野不开阔、政策不到位、管理不强力等弊端.因此,本文旨在浅析、探讨新时代背景下如何做好来华留学生创新创业培养体系建设,为培养新时代知华友华的国际菁英人才、为建设好"留学中国"品牌持续注力.
