Abstract：
高职高专教育是为了培养以社会需求为目标,具备较高的职业技能和知识水平的高素质人才,要求教学内容和运用实践结合以提高学生适应社会工作的能力.随着教育不断改革发展对高职学生的综合素质要求越来越高,并且对体育教学改革创新提出要求,让学校重视开放式的教学模式在体育教学中的重要性,帮助学生养成较强的身体素质,在学习和工作上健康发展.
