    随着我国经济的飞速发展，社会的不断进步，房地产建筑行业的规模不断扩大，房地产建筑行业的体量已占我国国民经济的半壁江山。在建筑工程涉及的诸多问题中，经济管理是一大重要的组成部分，工程造价的高低对一个建筑项目的效益起决定性因素。本文就全过程工程造价在现代建筑工程经济管理中的重要性进行分析，从而保障工程施工质量，有效提高施工管理效率。
