    现阶段，随着我国建筑工程的快速发展，工程造价管理对于控制整体施工成本，增加整体设计方案的可行性有着重要作用。施工单位管理人员重视工程造价控制工作，在建筑工程施工全过程管理中，能够为施工单位带来更大的经济效益，提高现有工程建设资金的利用率，实现对建筑工程施工的动态化管理。
