    Abstract：

    学困生转化问题在各科教学中都是不可避免的，在农村小学数学教学中尤为突出，并且至今也没有很好的解决方法。随着新课程改革的深入实施，让不同的学生得到不同的发展已渐渐成为广大教师的普遍共识，同时也是大家关注的难点。现就农村小学数学“学困生”的成因及转化对策进行简要的阐述。
