素质教育要求教师注意培养学生的核心素质，这种教学理念要求教师群体根据学科特点和学生特点建立适当的教学模式，达到立德树人教学目标。读写教学是小学英语教学的重要环节，核心素养下小学英语读写教学既要传授相关的读写技巧，又要注意核心素养内容的渗透，帮助学生更好的适应社会发展。
