    Abstract：

    在培养小班幼儿语言表达能力方面，幼儿园应该加强家园共育，通过家庭教育与幼儿园教育各自发挥其功能，形成教育合力。家园共育，需要家长转变教育观念，提高家长指导孩子学习语言的能力。对此我们进行了广泛的实践探索，对此本文提出了具有可操作性的策略。
