    就业能力培养视角下的高职院校学生管理工作不仅提高了学生的素质，也为国家的可持续发展培养了大量的人才。但是就目前而言，就业形势越来越严峻，因此就业能力培养的学生管理工作显得尤为重要，对提升就业率有很大的保障。因此文章对就业能力培养视角下的学生管理工作进行研究，说一说我的看法。
