    集体备课是校本研修的一种有效模式，是培养教师自主、合作、探究精神的最佳方式。集体备课的有效性与落脚点应在课堂，我们通过构建“四环八有”高品质课堂教学模式，不断探索出“以课堂实践为载体，以课后反思为途径”的集体备课模式，努力改变农村高中集体备课“流于形式、不达实效“的现状。
