    Abstract：

    目前，大多数教师已不再坚持传统的教学模式，而是采用激励教育模式来完成日常的教学工作。对学生的合理激励是学生学习的一种驱动方式，它不仅能提高学生的学习效率，而且能有效地培养学生学习语文知识的兴趣。在小学语文教育中合理运用激励教育模式，可以极大地提高日常教学效率，也可以有效地保证课堂教学效果，帮助学生全身心地投入语文学习。
