    随着社会的不断进步，初中课堂上的教学活动也要与时俱进，从而促进初中课堂教学的高效化。听课和评课对教学活动具有导向作用，可以促进教师的教学工作，让教师能够对课堂进行及时的诊断，有利于提高初中数学课堂的教学效率和教学质量。本文集合实际教学经验，对提高山区农村初中数学听课和评课的有效性策略，提出了自己的见解和看法。
