Abstract：
音乐教师作为科任教师之一，面对众多的学生，维持课堂纪律往往成为十分头疼的一个问题，本文从一线音乐教师的角度出发，探讨了在音乐课堂的教学中如何通过种种方法，有效管理课堂纪律，从而使教学工作能更好地开展，使教学效果能进行更有效的推行。
