Abstract：

幼儿园教育活动设计是实施幼儿园教育活动的前提和保证，是幼儿教师教育教学能力和水平的综合体现，论文总结了笔者多年从事中职学校《幼儿园活动设计与指导》课程教学的心得和经验，提出学前教育专业中职学生幼儿园活动设计三步训练法，有效帮助学生逐步提升作为一名幼儿园教师的教育教学能力，顺利开启幼师职业生涯
