    新课改的背景下，课堂的构建是高效课堂的必然。作为初中英语教师，要改变传统的教学观，运用新的教学理念，打造新型的课堂模式，以突出学生的主体地位，让学生在和谐、平等的氛围中积极交流、主动互动，打造高效的英语课堂。
