    Abstract：

    英语是一门主科，学生在初中阶段学好英语是不可缺少的，老师要正确的指引学生学好英语这门课程，提高教学效果。教师在实际的英语教学中，需要不断提升学生的自主学习能力，并且创新教育机制，摆脱单一化教学的制约。教师可以引入小组合作学习的方式，将学生作为学习的主体内容，并加强互动与交流，使学生能够在学习英语知识的过程中，有更好的效率，并且提升学习兴趣。
