    现阶段，提高小学生的语文学科素养是一项十分重要的教学工作，语言学科素养的提高重在语言文字的构建与运用，只有不断丰富学生的语言文字知识，才能促进语言构建与运用能力的提高。对此，文章在提高小学语文学科素养的背景下，探讨培养小学生语言构建与运用能力的对策。
