Abstract：
小学生的体育对于学生的身心发展都有一定的积极作用。在小学体育教学中有关趣味性的教学，深受学生们的喜爱。在小学体育教学过程中的体育游戏，因为在体育游戏过程中能够使学生们有互相的竞争和合作的意识，这都对学生们的心理素质有一定的帮助。对于小学教学活动中应该增强游戏的教学方法，使学生们能够在体验游戏的同时不断的增强自己的体能素质以及心理素质。
