    Abstract：

    新课标理念下，依据教材体系、教学内容特点和思想教育观点建立多层次的德育目标体系，既是社会发展的需要，也是加强地理德育的必要前提。因此，高中地理教师要多措并举，引导学生在掌握地理知识技能的同时，形成热爱家乡、热爱祖国的情感以及资源环境保护意识和法治意识，从而切实促进学生的全面发展和健康成长。
