    本文意在就班主任自身对班级的影响力，如何正确发挥其积极的效应作论述和探讨。从正确认识影响力的特点入手，理解权力性影响力和非权力性影响力的有机构成，并联因素及其作用，应用管理心理学理论提出班主任在抓班级管理过程中，应科学地管理智慧，有效地树立威信，发挥爱的力量，树立榜样作用，发挥具有使人信服的影响力，产生积极有效的效应。
