    每一个高中生都有着自己独特的特点，因此，在开展教学活动过程中，教师需要尊重不同学生之间的差异性，根据其英语基础以及学习能力的差异，因材施教，以此保证每一个学生都能在学习过程中有所收获，提升自己的英语水平。随着信息技术的发展，微课教学已经深入到教学活动中，教师可以借助微课开展分层教学，提高教学效果。
