Abstract：
在目前的初中班主任班级管理工作中，有些学生依旧表现出较差的自我管理意识，这就说明班级管理工作存在缺陷，对学生没有起到较好的引导作用。因此，需要完善班级管理工作，既要在班级内构建积极向上的班风，又要树立多重积极的榜样形象，促进学生能够朝着积极的方向成长，同时需要注重一视同仁，不能存在偏袒行为，这样才能有效地引导学生。
