Abstract：

在幼儿教育中培养孩子的合作能力，教师首先要多为幼儿提供分享与合作的机会，并通过组织游戏活动，进行游戏竞技等形式来促进幼儿合作能力的发展，在提升幼儿的合作能力的同时，教师也要提高幼儿的团队意识，让幼儿在团队协作中体会合作的乐趣，这样才能更好的发挥幼儿的合作意识，提高幼儿的能力发展。
