Abstract：
英语教材中的Story time，把每一个单元的重点内容以故事的形式进行整体的编排，帮助学生在句子中理解单词，在文章中练习句型，并进行有效拓展，其作用和意义是不言自明的。教师要高效地进行故事教学，让学生能高效地完成综合性的语言活动，培养学生综合语言运用能力，从而提高故事教学的有效性。
