小学英语教师课堂教学能力的提升对策简析

Abstract：

教师教学水平的高低，将直接影响学生的学习效果。教师的课堂教学能力不仅仅是教师学科素养的表现，对学生状态和学习策略也有一定的影响。因此，教师的课堂教学能力提升是学科核心素养落地的重要指标，也是学生积极学习的重要因素。鉴于此，本文详细分析了当前影响教师教学水平的一些因素，并提出了几点有效的对策。
