Abstract：
近年来，随着社会主义民主法治的不断进步与法律体系的日渐完善，社会越来越重视国民法律意识的树立与法治观念的提升。中学阶段是培养学生法制意识的重要阶段，这一时期的学生心智大都往往不成熟，不具备强烈的法治意识，为此需要在初中道德与法治课堂中不断渗透法治意识，培养学生形成强烈的法治意识，能够自觉学法、守法与用法。
