Abstract：

随着素质教育的不断发展，高中体育教学面临着更高的发展要求和目标，如何强化学生的终身体育意识已经成为当务之急。为此，体育教师必须要立足于实际情况，将培养学生的终身体育意识作为根本目标，采取有效的教学策略，争取在实现教学效益最大化的同时，也能帮助学生养成良好的运动习惯，从而促进学生身心健康的全面发展。
