    Abstract：

    随着新课改的不断深入，德育在小学教学中越来越被重视。小学班主任应认识到德育教育的重要性，并不断创新教学方式和方法，有效实施激励对策，调动学生德育学习的积极性和热情，全面提高学生的综合素质，进而促进小学教育事业的发展和学生的健康成长。基于此，本文对小学班主任如何实施激励对策开展德育教育进行具体分析。
