Abstract：
高中语文作为一门重要的人文学科，在渗透德育过程中占有独特的优势。因而高中语文教师要进一步开放思想，基于学生的发展需求，拓展自己的语文教学效能，并在语文教学中进行“润物无声”的渗透德育，为语文教学赋予德育的属性，把三全育人融入教育教学的过程中去。同时作为高中班主任，更有责任把德育工作不但安排在班会课中，更要融入自己的语文课堂之中。可以根据在班主任工作中了解到的学生的性格特点，制定有效的学习方案辅助教学，从而达到在教学中渗透德育的目的。
