    Abstract：

    由于应试教育的影响，学校领导和家长都更加重视文化课，从而忽略了体育课堂的教学情况，甚至还会出现文化课教师占用体育课的情况。随着新课程改革的不断深入，体育教学逐渐受到教师和家长的重视，学生在高中阶段有着非常大的学习压力，并且学习任务非常繁重，适当的体育活动不仅能够帮助学生提高身体素质，还可以缓解其学习压力，使其能够更加高效的进行学习。
