    Abstract：

    中学生心理问题越来越突出，而心理健康教育却又相对滞后。一方面，人们的陈旧观念导致当事人或者家长不愿意接受现实，另一方面，心理健康教育力量也跟不上。社区建有心理辅导站，但缺乏专业人员；许多学校配备心理辅导室，但没有专职心理老师。文章通过心理健康教育的重要性及紧迫性与实际条件之间的矛盾，阐述通过学科渗透的办法来解决心理健康教育资源不足的困境。
