    Abstract：

    听说读写的能力是英语教学的基础，初中阶段的孩子大脑发育基本完善，接受性强是快速提高听说读写能力的最好时机。因而提高初中生听说读写能力，使学生在学习英语基础知识的同时，通过提高听说读写能力进而使学生在学习生活中能够灵活运用并可以使用英语流畅沟通，不仅是国家提倡的素质教育能力的体现，更能有效地提升学生学习英语的热情、激发学生学习的信心。作为基础教育工作者如何紧跟课程标准，巧妙运用现有教学资源，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，夯实基础，高效培养学生听说读写能力便显得尤为重要了。
