    在现阶段小学体育教学的过程中，进行素质拓展训练是有效的教学方式之一，能够有效地将素质教育与体育拓展训练相结合，开展有益于身心锻炼以及综合能力培养的活动。这种教学活动将素质教育的教学理念，与体育拓展训练活动结合在了一起，不仅能够让学生在活动的过程中逐渐提升自己的合作意识，同样也能够使学生树立一个良好的价值观念。
