Abstract：

藏语文是西藏地区小学阶段的重要科目，是为小学生以后的藏语文学习奠定坚实基础的重要时期。因此，作为小学藏语文教师，在新课程改革的背景下，应该针对目前的藏语文教学重难点，寻找突破路径，制定合适的教学计划，采取有效的教学方法，进行教学创新，提升小学生的学习效率，促进小学生的全面发展。
