    Abstract：

    我国在“十二五”规划中明确提出了素质教育的概念，而心理健康教育正是其中极为重要的教育内容。初中教师在开展教育工作的过程中，要将心理健康教育作为主要教育内容，采取正确的方式对学生进行引导，帮助其树立良好的三观，为学生日后的学习、成长与发展打下良好的基础。本文针对中学生的心理健康教育进行了分析与研究，期望能为相关初中教师的心理健康教育工作提供助益。
