    Abstract：

    田径运动项目中背越式跳高是一项南美型运动项目，不同于其他的运动项目是因为它有着及其不易掌握的技术。研究发现，不管是大二或大三，学习背越式跳高应该安排适宜的负荷，对不同的接受群体采用不同的教学方式和方法，终归的目的是让每一位学生都能掌握这门技术。
