Abstract：

对于初中阶段的学生来说，英语学科十分重要，在很大的程度上影响着综合成绩的水平。目前来看，英语学困生的大量存在严重阻碍着初中英语教学效率的提升。本文将分析英语学困生的学习动机，阐述其成因，并在此基础上探究从学习动机出发转化学困生的途径和方法，以期促进英语学困生难题的破解，确保初中英语教学成果的提升。
