    Abstract：

    全球化发展已经成为不可逆转的趋势，再加上“一带一路”的倡议使得国家间的交流不断深入，对于人才的跨文化交际能力以及综合语言运用能力的要求越来越高。英语作为国际通用语言之一，使用范围极为广泛。并且在互联网高速发展的时代背景下，编程语言也是用英语来进行编写的。由此可见，在各级各类教育中加强对于学生英语综合能力的培养十分必要和重要。
