    一直以来，德育教育都是教学中重要的科目之一。随着素质教育的来临，德育教育被越来越多的人关注和重视。小学是学生心理素质、性格、核心价值观形成的关键阶段，良好的德育教育能够有效地确保学生的身心健康。本文就小学高年级班主任德育工作的重要性、现状和有效实施的举措进行简要的阐述和分析。
