    Abstract：

    初中是学生建立物理学思维的启蒙时期，也是学生对物理知识产生学习兴趣的关键期。而学生的学习兴趣与动机来源于教师赏识的行为结果。因此，为了强化学生的行为，教师需要重视赏识教育。本文笔者以初中物理学科为切入点，首先对赏识教育的作用展开分析，其次，对赏识教育的实践应用进行探究。
