    Abstract：

    随着教育教学改革的持续深入，新课标明确指出要实施素质教育，全面提高课堂教学的有效性，从而在减轻学生学业负担的基础上，发展学生的核心素养。在高中物理教学中，要想提升课堂教學的有效性，教师就必须转变自身的教学观念，采用灵活的教学方法和手段，同时还必须采用多元化的评价方式。只有这样，才能提高课堂教学的有效性。
