Abstract：
初中阶段的英语学习，主要是为了打好英语基础，教师需要引导学是在初中阶段养成良好的学习能力，保持学好英语知识的信心。然而，在教学过程中，很多英语教师都会遇到一些学困生，这些学生很难快速掌握教师讲解的知识，同时，由于无法提升成绩，丧失了学习英语知识的兴趣，对英语课堂产生恐惧感。所以，初中英语教师必须探索教学方法，做好学困生的转化。
