    《礼记·学记》有言:“是故学然后知不足,教然后知困。知不足然后能自反也,知困然后能自强也。故曰教学相长也”,“教”与“学”互相促进、互相提高,既有助于教师专业成长,又能促进学生可持续发展,对高中语文高质量教学大有促进意义。文章立足于此,对高中语文“教学相长”的具体策略展开分析并提出了鼓励学生自主、搭建讨论平台、重视总结评价等建议,以供同仁参考。
