    随着教育改革的开展，对学生个人素质以及能力的提高越来越加以重视，高中学生面临高考的压力，容易产生不健康的心理因素，使得班主任的管理工作的内涵也更加充实，不仅包括了日常工作管理，还要具有规范学生成长的德育内涵。因此班主任要注重自身角色的多样化，用爱与智慧浇灌成长，促进德育工作的有效开展。
