    阅读是写作的基础，写作是阅读的延伸，良好的课外阅读训练是做好写作教学最好的教学方式，也是培养初中生语文综合素养最好方法，因此初中语文课外阅读和拓展训练在老师们的教学中有着举足轻重的意义。鉴于此，文章结合笔者多年工作经验，对刍议课外阅读与拓展训练在初中语文作文教学中的运用措施提出了一些建议，仅供参考。
