Abstract：

教师在教学的过程中，为了完成教学目标，通过教学达到事半功倍的效果，教师必须对学生的特点进行掌握，在此基础上进行个性化教学，使得学生可以在较好的氛围中完成学习，通过学习目标的达成激发学生兴趣、调动学生的学习主动性和积极性，最终达到提升数学课教学效率、使学生通过数学的学习获得更多的知识和收获。
