    Abstract：

    现代学徒制是校企合作、产教融合的新型育人模式，随着其不断在中职学校的推进和发展。传统形势下的中职语文教学已经无法满足学生的发展需要。现代学徒制背景下，中职语文教学模式要以人为本、手脑并重，学以致用，实现培养学生语文素养和应用能力的目标。
