    突发公共卫生事件中，学生的心理状态随之发生重大变化，高校应当及时分析研判突发公共卫生事件对学生心理状态带来的各类消极影响，重点关注学生在校期间的心理健康状况，本着因时而动，因势而化的原则，构建预防为主、多维互助的心理健康教育模式，切实提高大学生在特殊时期中的心理健康水平，培育积极心态。
