    Abstract：

    课改背景下，师生关系发生巨变，学生地位得以提升，但因为学生年龄少，能力有限，无法独立完成教学任务，因此还离不开教师的引导与帮助，由此凸显了教师在课堂中的地位与价值，且教师素养的高低直接决定着教学质量的好坏。基于此，本文以小学美术课程为例，尝试探究提升教师素养的有效途径。
