    随着素质教育和新课标的不断推进，高效课堂成了教师教学重要的任务。高效课堂的目的在于在授课的时间内充分提高教学效率，实现教学的效益最大化。本文简要说明了创建高效课堂的意义以及实施的实例和建议，最后给出了一些个人的总结和反思。希望能对初中语文的高效教学提供参考。
