    本文针对农村初中学校体育特长生培养的现状进行分析，提出强化体育教师师资队伍的建设、获取各方面的支持以及强化体育特长生思想和文化成绩等针对性的额对策，不断挖掘和培养体育人才，进而有效地推动学校体育工作顺利地开展。
